Personal Coaching (One-on-One Sessions)

Personal coaching is a relationship which is designed in a relationship agreement between a client and a coach.  A coach may use inquiry, reflection and discussion to help clients identify strategies and action plans intended to improve their personal effectiveness and decision making.
